I have updated the trails: Patriots Path Path Part 1, Flocktown Road, Long Valley. Also, there is no columbia branch trail, it is Patriots Path connecting to the Columbia Trail.
I went on a drive today before the Jets game and found out that the Calais Blue Trail and the India Brook Park Red Trail don't exist. I also updated the trails Patriots Path Black River, blue and white, and also removed the non existing trails. Also new pics on the site as well. Check 'em out 'ere!

Get the new trail downloads now New Trails: Blue Calais Road Trail, Flocktown Road Trail, Blue Black River Trail, Stephen's State Park Trail This new years I arranged a hiking trip for my family and I to take, my cousins came too. We wandered through Dismal Harmony on Patriots Path starting at Woodlawn Terrace and making our way to East Main Street. We also stopped at Legend Rock. The trail is very nice, but no bikes allowed, they stress it a lot. View pictures of our hike here!
This week I went on a ride through Parsippany. I started near Reynolds Avenue on a side street off of Parsippany Avenue called Woodland Avenue. At the end of that street is a power plant and there is a nice trail through the place.
This week I went on a Halloween run through Fosterfields and all the way to Sunrise Lake. I have already completed this portion but its the most fun. There are lots of hills and its a beautiful trail! Check out the pics here! The trail is the red blaze from fosterfields to the blue blaze paved trail through Washington Valley. Then this blue trail takes a right turn and runs through woods along Washington Valley Road. It then ends at the white trail that you can take to Whitehead Road and then to Sunrise Lake. There are many trails back there, don't get lost! The John T. Cunningham Trail starts across from sunrise lake and is the white blaze. That trail is slightly narrow, but good overall once you go further into Mendham, then the blue trail come off and that is a better trail. I didn't do the Cunningham Trail this week, but I've done it many times. That was my ride for this week's biker's blog!
The trail I biked on this week was the blue blaze trail in the Frelinghuysen Arboretum. The trail is very nice and is hilly. The trail rides along many trails in the Arboretum grounds. The trail goes then through a facility of some sort and then runs through some woods in back of Acorn Hall and then comes up at Laffyette Avenue at Acorn Hall. Then it goes to the traction line at ends. Its about 1.2 miles. Its very nice.
